drug & alcohol consortium

All Class A CDL holders are required to enroll in a drug and alcohol consortium. Entrust JM5 Logistics to coordinate drug and alcohol testing for your company as we partner with the largest clinical laboratories and strive to ensure the safety of your company and employees. Consortium enrollment includes FMCSA Clearinghouse Enrollment and 1 driver qualification file. 

The annual fee covers the first drug screening NOT random, post accident, reasonable suspicion, RTD or follow-up screenings.  Additional tests are $100 each. A certificate of enrollment and random selection will be provided. Simply click the link to get started!
