All consultations are non-refundable. Clients have the option to reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled consultation time. Client must notify jm5 logistics, LLC via text, phone call or email to reschedule. jm5 logistics will attempt to make contact with client at the scheduled appointment time in the event of a no call no show. If client is unresponsive before the original appointment time is over, client will have to purchase an additional consulatation at full price.
